• 5+ years’ experience in Vegetation Management • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role • Proven experience leading teams of 75 people or more • Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to foster a safety-first culture • Effective leadership and communication skills with focus on integrity, initiative, and customer service • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond • Clean & valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain) • Pesticide license (or willingness to obtain) • State of Maine arborist license (or willingness to obtain) • Certified Tree Safety Professional (CTSP) certification (or willingness to obtain) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with industry tools: telematics, satellite imagery, GPS coordination, file sharing, scheduling software • Legally authorized to work in the USA (application asks this) • Consent to background check, MVR, post-offer physical and drug screen
