• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent professional experience in a related area. • 2+ years in B2B SaaS contract renewals or similar client-facing role. • Demonstrated success securing renewals on time, growing accounts, and retaining clients. • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team member with cross-functional experience. • Curious nature and ability to think creatively to deliver solutions and connect clients with the proper resource. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, quickly evolving environment with emphasis on innovation and adaptability. • Strong communication skills and ability to proactively manage churn risk and tactfully manage difficult conversations. • Effective negotiator with strong presentation and closing skills. • Experience supporting a portfolio of solutions in a product agnostic, acquisitive environment (preferred). • Familiarity with one or more verticals and/or prior exposure to serving Fortune 1000 clients (preferred). • Demonstrated success with assigned book of business across different spend/volume models (preferred). • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM system (preferred).
