📋 Description

• Gather information to prepare for the audit strategy • Develop budgets and identify resources for engagements • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients • Act as first reviewer for engagements • Supervise a team of audit professionals; providing coaching and mentoring to audit staff as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) years of audit experience with a proven track record of successfully leading audit teams • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in NPOs and affordable housing • Must be able to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and in writing • Ability to manage all aspects of the audit; including planning, fieldwork and wrap-up • Ability to successfully manage multiple engagements and time constraints • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Bay Area as needed
