📋 Description

• Provide high quality solution-focused counselling and information support services telephonically to employees of client companies. • Provide evidence-based counselling support.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Master's in Psychology or Counselling. • Active and Valid registration with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician. • Valid license to practice counselling in Malaysia if your master's degree is counselling. • Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework. • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia, with sponsorship for a working permit, but personal responsibility for relocation and accommodation. • Tagalog and English languages are essential. • Experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field preferable.
