📋 Description
• Conducting user research and translating insights into compelling design solutions for cash loans, airtime, and health insurance products • Creating end-to-end design experiences using established design systems while ensuring visual cohesion • Developing prototypes and iterating based on user testing and stakeholder feedback • Collaborating with Product Management and Tech teams to define UX strategy for your product area • Implementing and extending our design system to ensure consistency across multiple touchpoints • Conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback to optimize customer experiences • Working directly with customers to understand their needs and validate design decisions • Partnering with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs • Contributing to design metrics that demonstrate impact on business outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in product design with a focus on customer-facing digital products • Strong UX/UI design skills with proven ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs • Extensive experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions • Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) and creating interactive prototypes • Experience working with and contributing to design systems from concept to implementation • Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints • Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams • Experience with end-to-end product design from research through implementation • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders • Experience in fintech, financial services, or insurance products is highly desirable.
