📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Panel Marketing delivery team • Effectively delegating work, providing guidance, training, feedback, and support • Contribute to Panel growth across all centralised panel brands and key markets • Ensure branding, editorial, and marketing guidelines are followed across all email campaigns • Collaborate with Design & Content teams for consistency in branding and messaging • Develop and implement enhancements to email marketing processes • Review and approve final campaigns • Manage the campaigns calendar and reports • Provide support to new team members during their onboarding trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other relevant field • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Email marketing and automation workflows • Google Analytics is a plus • Interest in, or previous experience of marketing in the healthcare space is desirable
