📋 Description

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle • Coordination of project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications • Coordination of programming, translations, overlays, and testing • Project launch execution and analysis with feedback to clients • Fieldwork management, delivering updates, managing project recruitment • Ensure market research participants have a positive experience • Provide agreed deliverables within expected timelines • Meet billing deadlines and goals • Offering excellent client service ensuring client satisfaction • Manage relationships with vendors and collaborate with Sales and Client Service teams • Support execution of client service improvement plans • Assisting with training of new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare • Must have experience working on full-service projects that include programming element • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
