📋 Description

• M3C is looking for a Project Manager in JDE/inventory/maintenance (ID651). • The mandate is for 12 months (renewable) and it's 100% remote work with occasional travel to different sites (domestic and international) when required. • The Project Manager will be responsible for the projects: Maintenance, inventory in JDE into the primary sector. • People from Québec: La description est en anglais car il est essentiel de parler cette langue. • People from other Provinces in Canada: You must speak French. • The responsibilities of the Project Manager in Maintenance and Inventory portfolio are: • The Project Manager will work closely with the lead business analyst in the domain; • The PM will oversee a portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing the maintenance and inventory solutions for the business units; • These solutions for maintenance and inventory are mainly based in JDE; • She/he will also be responsible for delivering all projects in the portfolio as a project manager; • The scope of the projects can vary from small configuration projects to managing all steps to acquire and deploy a new enterprise solution with high visibility and high business impact; • The PM will build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across his domain and all Divisions up to Directors and VPs; • She/he will establish and manage a portfolio level governance with stakeholders; • Also, the PM will support the business in identifying new project opportunities to solve business challenges and help coordinate business cases in his portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years minimum of experience in Project management; • The candidate has delivered project with JD Edwards; • Has experience in Maintenance and Inventory domain; • Experienced project manager who is able to perform effectively even without a specific documented framework; • A skilled communicator capable of adapting to the required level of communication, from VP to Developers; • Knowledgeable in Agile methodology with development principles and with project management principles; • Good knowledge of project management tools (MS Project for the web, O365 environments); • PMP Required; • Fluently bilingual with advanced or highly functional proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written; • Experience in the primary sector is valuable; • Asset : Knowledge in Procurement and Logistics; • Asset : Knowledge and experience on selecting, purchasing and implementing a corporate solution; • Asset : Has experience in change management for project impacting end-users; • Asset : A developed emotional intelligence enabling a human approach to project management.
