📋 Description

• This is a remote position • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team • The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making • Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP; Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes; Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions; Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable recommendations; Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors; Implement and improve internal controls, processes, and accounting systems; Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role • Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho books or similar) and MS Excel • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
