• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare technology sector or related industries. • Proven track record in building and leading product marketing teams, particularly in high-growth environments. • Experience in transitioning organizations from services-based offerings to platform-centric models. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business objectives. • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience collaborating with product management, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to drive product initiatives. • Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the healthcare sector. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and goals are met. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in healthcare is highly desirable.
