📋 Description

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the development team’s product backlog, including defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps and release plans • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products • Review, accept, and prioritize feedback and new requirements from stakeholders • Bring new perspectives to continually improve the product and better serve our customers • Analyze data to inform product decisions and refine product strategy and roadmap • Balance business needs with technical considerations and constraints • Oversee creation and maintenance of user and technical documentation • Support customer-facing teams and help develop training and communication materials • Produce content that enables others to understand product functionality and changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of product or project development experience • Experience driving projects involving customer-facing web technologies, including APIs, mobile-first design, and third-party integrations • Experience collaborating across teams such as Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences • Strong understanding of internet technologies and web-based software development • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence • Knowledge of SEO best practices
