📋 Description

• Cloud and On-Prem Server Management: Setup, configure, and maintain servers on Microsoft Azure and on-prem environments. • Install & Configure Software: Install, configure, and test various software and system management tools. • Networking: Perform networking device relocations, hardware maintenance, and new network installations. • Software Deployment: Deploy MacroAgility software on client servers and provide ongoing support. • Migration Expertise: Perform migrations from FileShare to iManage cloud or from iManage on-prem to iManage cloud environments. • Troubleshooting: Resolve end-user, infrastructure, networking, firewall, and wireless issues. • Technical Implementation: Lead and execute IT projects, including migrations and software deployments. • Remote Support: Provide remote network installation and support. • Client Support and Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction is met at all times. • Software Testing: Assist in testing new software releases. • Access Management: Troubleshoot and provide access to internal tools such as Zendesk, Asana, DevOps, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Everhour, etc. • Staff Onboarding and Offboarding: Take full ownership of the onboarding and offboarding process for new staff. • Documentation: Utilize our ticketing system for detailed and timely documentation of all issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6-10 years of related experience in system engineering and consulting. • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps, Multifactor Authentication, Azure Defender and Microsoft Licensing is an asset. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Portal, Entra ID, Enterprise Apps and App Registrations, Virtual Machines, Azure Application maintenance. • Generating and managing SSL certs, both private and public.
