📋 Description

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to clarify modernization objectives, scope, and evaluation criteria • Facilitate working sessions to gather stakeholder inputs and align technical and business requirements • Develop process visuals, capability summaries, and supporting documentation to communicate recommendations clearly • Contribute to drafting and refining RFP support materials, including business requirements, architecture overviews, and capability matrices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate future-state processes that balance operational efficiency with regulatory compliance • Support development of business cases and prioritization decisions that align with enterprise objectives and member value • Contribute to enterprise planning activities, helping to ensure investments are targeted toward the highest-value opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or enterprise transformation • Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and manage cross-functional efforts • Skilled at working across business and IT to align on strategy, requirements, and delivery outcomes • Experience developing capability maps, operating models, and other business architecture artifacts that support strategic planning • Experience developing or supporting large-scale RFP efforts involving technology modernization • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization • Familiarity with change management frameworks and experience "evangelizing" new processes within an enterprise • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field • Background in business architecture or business analysis within financial services.
