📋 Description

• Manage all product-related development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, cost targets, and compliance with regulatory requirements • Advise internal stakeholders on all product and compliance matters • Ensure accurate product labeling and communications across all channels • Lead and mentor the project manager to secure cross-functional alignment, gateway approvals, and on-time deliveries • Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to build strong partnerships and ensure smooth project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Work experience: You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in product management or product development, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry • Regulatory & Compliance: You are familiar with the relevant regulations and ensure products are consistently developed, labeled, and communicated in compliance with the law • Supplier & Stakeholder Management: You have experience collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, can communicate requirements clearly, and actively maintain working relationships • Project Management & Organization: You have experience managing complex development projects, are proficient with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and implement processes in a structured way • Analytical Thinking: You use data and KPIs (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to make decisions, assess risks, and drive projects to successful completion • Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with various departments, provide well-founded advice to stakeholders, and ensure clear information flow • Ideation & Innovation: You contribute creative ideas to product development, are open to new concepts, and help ensure products are innovative, on-brand, and competitive
