📋 Description

• Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.) • Scheduling & confirming pick up's • Follow up on interline requested pick up's • Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met • Assisting sales • Remote position reporting to the Head Office in Gore Bay • Work Tuesday - Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Must be bilingual (Able to speak and write fluently in both English and French) • Professional writing & phone skills • Ability to problem solve • Ability to work as a team & individually • Excellent communication • Reliable • Able to work Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift • Candidates must provide their own internet
