📋 Description

• You will be responsible for all data sourcing relevant aspects of our global Financial Instruments Master Data Service known as Asset Hub, which includes but is not limited to: Executing and monitoring of daily operation in line with agreed SLAs. • Act as a single point of contact towards clients, data vendors (in particular SIX Financial but also Bloomberg and internal stakeholders in all Asset Hub relevant topics. • Supporting internal business analysts for complex functional research activities or client requirements. • Depending on your personal qualifications and capabilities, further tasks can be added in relation with the expansion of our Asset Hub services. • You will work closely with colleagues from a number of different departments and regions to provide excellent business support in our Master Data services.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven banking background with focus on Back Office administration • At least 3 years service experience as business specialist of financial instruments data feeds, specifically in the area of data delivery (e.g. Asset Hub of a bank). • A solid user experience of the Enterprise Data Management system “DataSource (aka T-ProDB) is a must. • In-depth knowledge in the management of financial data feeds, specifically from data vendor SIX Financial Information. (Bloomberg would be a plus). • Ideally experience in the Avaloq system. • You are highly motivated, proactive and able to undertake critical tasks with limited supervision and direction. • You think analytically and work in a client-focused manner. • You speak fluent English - German or Italian or French would be a plus.
