• Establishing use cases and requirements for marketing technology tools set to ensure they align with overall marketing vision. • Collaborating and partnering with IT and other Marketing teams to understand and onboard new tools as well as optimize existing ones. • Building and recommending process changes for technology and/or capability adoption. • Finding additional efficiencies, optimization areas and innovation points across the existing tool set. • Supporting and communicating key milestones, activities and KPIs that measure the efficacy of our business use cases that our tools support.
• 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience and a bachelor’s degree • Excellent communication skills in English • Marketing automation platforms, account-based marketing platforms, CRM, CDP (Customer Data Platform) or ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platform • Critical thinking, problem solving, Curious mindset and Adapt quickly • POCs for both platforms, for marketing • Good Tech skills, AI skills, CDP working experience • Must have experience in the tech industry or product-based companies • Experience working in a large organization.
