• Develop fully custom WordPress themes (no page builders, Tailwind, or Bootstrap). • Build sites from a homepage and 1-2 secondary page templates • Ensure all sites meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards. • Use preferred plugins: Advanced Custom Fields Pro, Classic Editor, Gravity Forms, Yoast SEO, Custom Post Type UI. • Write clean, modular, and lightweight code optimized for speed SEO, and maintainability. • Conduct QA and collaborate effectively with the design and SEO teams. • Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining proactive communication.

• Proven experience in custom WordPress development • Proficiency with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and SEO principles • Strong attention to detail and code quality • Reliable communication
