• Responsible for email support, member plan set-up, processing requests and administration of existing business, financial adjustments/calculation and billing of premium and policyholder support • Receive death notifications, set-up life claims and provide administrative support to the Life Claims Assessor • Provide clerical support to the team & other daily administration duties • Handle emails from members and our policyholder • Prepare and submit policyholder notifications • Co-ordinate requirements / supports among operation teams • Support in ad-hoc projects or related tasks
