📋 Description

• Analyze group characteristics, plan designs, and funding arrangements • Analyze premium and claims information for pricing renewals • Provide underwriting decisions through clear verbal and written communication • Conduct constructive negotiations utilizing underwriting judgment and guidelines • Evaluate and act on risk propositions • Accurately price new and existing business opportunities • Provide value-added underwriting and benefit recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (French & English) required • Post-secondary education with business, mathematical and analytical aptitude • Understanding of the Group Insurance market, products and services • Proven ability to effectively partner with and support sales teams • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (data manipulation like pivot tables) • CEBS, GBA certification is encouraged and recommended • Ability to make well-balanced decisions considering risk management, financial discipline, and customer needs • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and manage multiple priorities
