📋 Description

• Connect with Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals, and vendors • Deliver exceptional disability claims management for clients • Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists, and Associate Managers • Make follow-up phone calls and send written communication • Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate • Support payment of invoices • Update Plan Member banking information

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health • Great organizational skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Able to manage working independently and as part of a team • Basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance • Experience in customer service or administrative work
