• Connect with Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, the Medical Community and Vendor Partners. • Deliver exceptional disability claims management for our clients. • Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists and Associate Managers. • Make follow-up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals and vendors. • Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interviews. • Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate. • Support payment of invoices. • Update Plan Member banking information.
• Currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health. • Great organizational skills and can communicate well both in writing and speaking. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Can manage working on your own and love being part of a team. • Good at juggling multiple tasks at once. • Some basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance. • Some experience in customer service or administrative work.
