📋 Description
• Responsible for overall operations of multiple health centers within the region • Staff development & management, health center performance results • Continuous improvement of all functions • Work closely with clients as their primary point of contact • Provide personalized support, addressing inquiries • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional patient care and engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration • 3-5 years of relevant healthcare operations experience • Previous clinical management experience in physician practice setting or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong preference for candidates residing in the state of Florida
