📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive logistics support for virtual and in-person events • Support management of annual event marketing plan and event timelines • Ensure compliance with event management processes and best practices • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage event requests • Independently coordinate with cross-functional teams for event planning • Track key performance metrics for post-event reporting • Conceptualize creative event themes and experiences • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Stay informed on industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or event management • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant marketing and event management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience managing in-person, virtual and hybrid events • Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact events that drive engagement and brand awareness • Familiarity with event performance metrics and reporting • Creative mindset with a track record of developing innovative event concepts • Deep understanding of the latest industry trends • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills • Effective customer service skills • Proficiency with event management software, project management tools (Asana) and CRM tools (Salesforce) • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
