📋 Description

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). • Customize objects, fields, layouts, and record types to enhance advisor usability. • Integrate Salesforce with third-party financial applications (e.g., Orion, eMoney, DocuSign) • Develop and manage API integrations, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers. • Support data imports, deduplication, and cleansing processes to maintain CRM data integrity. • Collaborate with advisors, client service associates, and operations teams to understand CRM needs and develop scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while providing ongoing support. • Train end-users on best practices and new Salesforce features. • Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for advisors and firm leadership. • Improve platform performance by optimizing queries, workflows, and automation. • Maintain system security, access controls, and user permissions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in an RIA or financial services firm. • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation. • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications. • Knowledge of data modeling, object relationships, and security best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities. • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. • Experience with wealth management tech stacks. • Familiarity with Sales Engagement, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce tools. • Experience with Alteryx
