📋 Description

• Team building & leadership: You build a scalable Customer Success & Training team and develop clear roles, processes, and KPIs. • Customer lifecycle ownership: You are responsible for the entire post-sales success — from activation through the enablement phase to long-term customer value. • Develop training strategy: You design a modular training system (live + in-app) for different customer segments — from onboarding to the TargetLens™ workflow to advanced KPI strategy. • Onboarding excellence: You continuously optimize our onboarding experience, including setup sessions, templates, tutorials, and best practices. • Systematize customer insights: You analyze customer feedback, identify pain points, and derive product and process improvements. • Strategic sparring partner: You work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to better align our customer communication and product development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and leading Customer Success teams in a SaaS context • Passion for training, enablement, and strategic customer development • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to explain complex topics simply • KPI literacy: You understand cause-and-effect relationships, think in terms of customer journeys, and are metrics-driven • You are execution-oriented, a strong communicator, and have a good sense for customer needs.
