📋 Description
• Work cross-functionally across our team to help ensure projects are completed on time and within the scope • Collaborate between internal team and clients to define the project timelines, objective, scope and any potential resource requirements • Maintain project plans and timelines (via our project management tool Monday.com) to keep everyone on track • Identify any potential project risks as they arise and help recommend solutions to these unexpected risks • Serve as the primary client contact to confirm receipt for all tasks, assign due dates, and ensure our team understands the task at hand • Create standardized process documents to ensure optimized and efficient processes for current and future team members to follow • Take meeting notes and share follow ups with the necessary parties for all meetings that you attend
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills across all mediums • Quick replies in order to keep projects moving forward • Time and project prioritization • Excellent organization abilities • Can manage multiple active projects at one time • Problem solving & critical thinking • Consistently meet deadlines • Embrace rapid change • Previous experience working as a project manager in a marketing agency • Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar project management tool such as Asana, ClickUp, etc), Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides • Project Manager with certifications (CSM, PMP, MPM, etc) is a plus, but not required
