📋 Description

• Managing Technical Delivery: lead CRM delivery of tooling rollouts and optimizations, ensuring new platforms and features are implemented seamlessly and effectively. • Driving Tooling Strategy: define and execute strategy for CRM toolset, lead POC for new tools and maximize use of Braze. • Managing Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate CRM manager requirements into technical specs for engineering and data teams to enable CRM self-sufficiency. • Improving Operational Consistency: identify opportunities to improve creation frameworks, enhance processes, and scale personalized communications. • Enhancing Data and Reporting: lead enhancements to tracking and reporting capabilities, ensure data for performance measurement and develop monitoring to identify issues. • Staying Current: research and champion adoption of latest CRM tools, features, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in CRM operations, CRM tooling, or technical CRM delivery • Strong experience working with CRM, engineering, and data teams to capture  requirements and deliver technical solutions. • A track record of leading enhancements to tracking and reporting frameworks. • Experience in improving creation processes to boost operational consistency and enable the scaling of personalized communications. • A passion for staying current with the latest CRM tools and features and a desire to embed them within the team. • Strong project management skills, able to prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives • English at C1 level
