📋 Description

• About Us: Kompetenza is a fast-growing Salesforce & AI solutions company, building innovative platforms for trust companies, corporate service providers, and technology-driven enterprises across Europe and the Middle East. • Role Overview: Performance-driven Digital Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Programmatic, and other digital channels. • Design and execute Google Ads for our subscription-based services (Salesforce/CRM-focused). • Conduct keyword analysis and strategy for targeting companies searching for Salesforce services, CRM solutions, or ERP consulting. • Provide keyword research reports with rationale, CPC estimates, and expected results. • Create measurable strategies to generate 2–3 qualified leads/month within a $1,000/month ad spend. • Build re-targeting/programmatic ad funnels for Corporate Service Cloud leads who visit landing pages but do not convert. • Collaborate with our design team to develop ad creatives and graphics. • Track, report, and optimize campaigns continuously for ROI and lead quality. • Advise on SEO strategy for new website launches and landing pages to complement paid campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years running Google Ads and Programmatic campaigns. • Experience working with either Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or B2B SaaS companies. • Proven ability to deliver results with limited budgets ($1k–$3k/month range). • Strong keyword research, competitive analysis, and reporting skills. • Familiarity with re-targeting/programmatic advertising. • Ability to work independently with a project-based, outcome-driven mindset. • Bonus: Experience generating leads for SaaS service companies and/or Salesforce consultancies. • Agencies will not be considered; preference for individual specialists.
