• Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development•We believe companies shouldn’t have to choose between building fast and building right•Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision•The Head of Marketing will own marketing end to end, from positioning and brand to demand generation and product marketing•You should be comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the process of building something new•You care about execution and iteration as much as strategy•You look for the gaps, define what’s needed, and start testing•Above all, you’re someone who leads by doing and believes that great marketing is tightly connected to product understanding and customer insight

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company•A strong track record of building and scaling marketing teams, with expertise across brand, demand generation, and product marketing•Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and how to partner effectively with sales and product•Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement•Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills•Ability to operate strategically while being willing to get hands-on when needed
