📋 Description

• Lead electrical engineering design and provide technical oversight for a range of projects, primarily focused on building systems. • Manage projects in collaboration with client teams, acting as both representative and key project contributor. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior staff, including EITs and technologists. • Oversee and coordinate the work of consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project quality and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in electrical engineering. • Registered P.Eng in British Columbia or eligible via inter-jurisdictional transfer. • Broad project experience across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial buildings. • Proficient in power distribution, communications, lighting, life-safety, access controls, and security systems. • Proficient in utility coordination and building servicing. • Strong coordination skills with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Experience with drafting in AutoCAD and Revit. • Experience in municipal infrastructure, Ministry of Transportation and Transit projects, street lighting, and traffic signals would be an asset.
