📋 Description

• Carry out loss adjusting of Major Loss, Private Client and other complex claims UK-wide • Oversight of the quality of claims delivery for private client insurers and their customers • Support Business Development team to achieve growth in Private Client area • Handle claims in line with company requirements and MCL service standards • Oversee and take ownership of mid-high net worth and high-support cases • Mentor and guide adjusters and new recruits on MCL philosophy • Build relationships with Private Client Insurers and act as point of contact for escalations • Ensure KPI targets are reached and maintained and actively progress and control cases • Understand and implement company systems, procedures, and individual client requirements • Ensure technical accuracy of the highest standard • Report to Graham Shord

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience within a similar role • Progressing towards or completion of ACILA, FCILA or other professional qualifications (preferred) • Proven track record of general property adjusting and high net worth • Experience of major losses (preferable) • Full, clean driving licence required • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment • Dependability and persistence • Completely flexible approach and adaptable to changing priorities • Accustomed to working under pressure • Top quality interpersonal skills
