📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery plans (scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies) for AI/automation initiatives. • Align stakeholders on goals, success measures, and capability requirements. • Lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, security, privacy, and business) to deliver agreed milestones. • Ensure AI and automation solutions—including agent-driven workflows—are operationalized, monitored, and scaled effectively. • Coordinate across teams to ensure readiness for deployment, including governance and integration requirements for AI-driven solutions. • Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and ways of working within the COE. • Provide clear reporting to leadership, proactively escalating issues and recommending options.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital product delivery and/or progressive project management, including 5+ years partnering directly with senior leaders. • Proven success delivering digital products/projects/programs with varying levels of complexity, funding, and stakeholder impact, including AI solutions such as automation-driven or agent-based use cases. • Ability to work effectively alongside engineering teams building AI and agent-based systems, with a strong understanding of delivery dependencies, scaling considerations, and operational risks. • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset. • Working knowledge of delivery tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, Microsoft 365). • Working knowledge of agentic/automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot, Power Automate) and AWS Bedrock, SageMaker. • Security clearance requirement: In support of our contract with the Federal Government, this role requires Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) , including fingerprinting, a criminal record check, and a credit check. You must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizenship status.
