📋 Description
• Support the full cycle recruiting process • Connect with candidates in a timely manner • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment related events • Assist with new hire onboarding processes • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in an office environment • Post secondary in business, human resources or administration • Recruitment experience is an asset • Highly effective listening skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is an asset
