📋 Description

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting by identifying key trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities • Analyze monthly and annual results, including variance analysis • Translate data into clear, actionable insights, communicating the story behind the numbers • Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards, integrating financial and operational data • Contribute to financial models and analyses to support planning and decision-making • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Data teams • Support Finance Business Partners with analysis and reporting • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, actuarial, or a related field • Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools • Exposure to Snowflake or similar data platforms • Experience in insurance or financial services • Progress toward a CPA or similar designation
