• Pre-Sales: Build trust & partner with GTM Account Executives, be a team player, and help enable them out in the field with what they need to close. • Partner with GTM Account Executives to scope, design, and deliver tailored product demos that align to client goals. • Build trusted relationships with prospects by listening first and solutioning second. • Help facilitate that promises made become promises kept as deals transition from pre-sales -> post sales. • Become a champion of data excellence, and its’ positive impact on various parts of our platform.
• Bachelors degree w/ a technical or analytical background, or equivalent & transferable experience in the field. • 2+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering OR transferable Implementation, or sales experience in a SaaS or similar health-related technology. • Comfortable context switching between strategic conversations and technical deep dives. • Strong communication and storytelling skills— you turn jargon into “aha - I get it” moments, and you reduce complexity. • Incessant natural curiosity to figure out how things work, and how they come together. • Empathy for how people use technology to solve real-world problems, and the people behind the problems we’re solving. • A self-starter, coachable, hungry, & have a team first mindset. • Tenacity to close deals and the required grit to help us deliver them. • A willingness to travel up to ~25% for strategic opportunities & conferences.
