📋 Description
• Oversee and manage the Quality Control functions. • Ensure compliance with SOP’s, inspection, product disposition. • Update policies and procedures. • Communicate information to relevant product division. • Oversee the Quality Control department personnel and set goals. • Assist Operations with on-site visits from external entities (e.g., FDA). • Manage employee morale and motivation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 4 years of experience working with Quality Assurance or Quality Control for regulated industries. • At least 4 years of experience working with QSR/GMP/ISO. • Intermediate understanding of FDA/QSR guidelines. • Intermediate knowledge level of quality control standards. • Intermediate skill level in SAP. • Intermediate auditing skills. • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word. • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
