📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products • Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and procedures • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures • Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives and achieve or exceed sales goals • Develop and cultivate customer relationships that generate incremental business • Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities • Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams • Represent Medtronic CAS products, service, and support to physicians and support staff • Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology proficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree plus 4 years, or bachelor’s degree plus 2 years • Preferred B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ work experience • Proven track record with technical training assignments • Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, an EP lab, a hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support • Must reside within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license • Active vehicle insurance policy • Driving record will be reviewed as part of the application • Ability to travel outside the assigned territory and possibly overnight • Ability to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory • Ability to move freely throughout the facility and use a phone, keyboard, mouse, and personal computers • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day • For foreign bachelor’s degrees, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Candidates below Principal level must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment • Must comply with hospital or clinic credentialing requirements
