📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical support and service of Medtronic Hugo systems at customer sites • Installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting devices • Providing training to healthcare professionals • Gathering feedback on product performance • Communicating with internal and external teams • Hands-on work with medical equipment to quickly find solutions to complex situations • Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance • Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time • Maintaining effective customer communications and relations • Providing onsite training of customer support personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States) • Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • Level III: Requires minimum of 4 years of clinical field service, technical internship or clinical customer support experience • Level IV: Requires minimum of 8 years clinical field service, technical internship or clinical customer support experience • Relevant experience as technician, clinical field service or clinical customer support experience.
