📋 Description

• Provide healthcare service/solution consultancy • Oversee consulting projects involving strategy development, organizational restructuring, and business management to maximize efficiencies • Work with senior management to determine long-term goals • Analyze clients' businesses • Recommend changes and improvements • Manage large, moderately complex initiatives of strategic importance • Work with large cross-functional teams • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees • Interact with internal and external customers and vendors, including executive leadership • Conduct briefings with senior leaders and negotiate to reach understanding or agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery-level knowledge of the specialty area • Working knowledge of several other areas • Advanced education combined with experience • Bachelor's degree or qualifying equivalent foreign degree, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience • Alternatively, an advanced degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience • Deep knowledge of project management may be required • Ability to develop strategy and operational plans • Experience managing large, moderately complex strategic initiatives • Ability to work with large cross-functional teams • Ability to interact with executive leadership, customers, and vendors • Ability to conduct senior-leader briefings and negotiate agreements • Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and training • Ability to work with healthcare consulting, clinical expertise, performance improvement, digital health, remote patient monitoring, virtual care, Hospital at Home, and AI-enabled solutions
