• Design and lead the execution of product and marketing strategies to support the Structural Heart (TAVI) business • Work closely with the regional marketing team and the country sales leadership to ensure execution of regional marketing plans • Place particular emphasis on monitoring and executing campaigns in a measurable way • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to develop new initiatives as needed • Oversee the development and execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the WE marketing team • Provide support to the sales team on marketing-related matters, product/therapy expertise, and clinical data during customer visits and local events; establish and maintain relationships with key customers and regional key opinion leaders • Coordinate congress activities, develop marketing materials, monitor supply/delivery and order-related issues, track marketing campaigns to evaluate results, and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing • Comprehensive commercial/marketing experience in the medical device sector, preferably in cardiology • Strong track record in project execution • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment • Ability to clearly communicate marketing strategy and tactical plans • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and drive complex projects forward • Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with individuals • Strong aptitude for rapidly understanding the clinical/technical aspects of the role • High proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential to collaborate effectively with local and international teams
