📋 Description

• Negotiate, review, and approve Quality Agreements with suppliers • Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services • Qualify suppliers according to company standards • Administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection when applicable • Monitor parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle • Communicate and resolve supplier-related problems • Develop and prioritize supplier auditing schedules • Ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met • Evaluate suppliers' internal functions and overall performance • Provide feedback in assessment of supplier operations • Support New Product Development with Pre-Market Quality Engineering • Provide technical guidance and quality compliance throughout the NPD lifecycle • Drive product quality and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Component Engineers on Product Acceptance Sampling Strategy, Approved Supplier List coordination, Supplier Owned Quality deployment, and Control Plans • Define Receiving Inspection requirements and validate associated test methods

🎯 Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant quality experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience • Prior knowledge with ISO 13485 standards preferred • Experience negotiating and finalizing Quality Agreements with external suppliers preferred • Strong knowledge of supplier quality requirements and applicable regulations preferred • Ability to interpret quality system requirements and translate them into contractual obligations preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Proven cross-functional collaboration with sourcing, legal, regulatory, and operations teams preferred • Strong risk assessment, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities preferred • High attention to detail in document review, redlining, and approval workflows preferred • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment for roles below Principal level • Ability to work remotely based in the United States
