• Oversee all technical aspects of live events, ensuring seamless execution of AV and production elements. • Coordinate with technical crews on setups, operations, and breakdowns. • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve equipment-related problems during events. • Guide the overall show operation, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to event timelines. • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal staff to meet technical requirements and event goals. • Call shows and manage live event graphics, as needed. • Provide leadership in high-pressure environments, maintaining clear communication and control. • Ensure the technical team follows safety protocols and best practices during setup and event execution.
