📋 Description

• Coordinate and assign activities, routes, and services during the daytime shift; • Monitor operations execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards; • Prepare follow-up reports on field agents' routes; • Manage resources, optimizing task distribution; • Resolve operational problems and make quick decisions when necessary; • Record and report incidents, prepare reports, and provide status updates; • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Higher education in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred) • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Prior knowledge of field operations procedures • Knowledge of fleet management and logistics.
