📋 Description

• Create & Collaborate: Bring fresh ideas to the table and work with the creative team to turn them into posts, videos, and stories that connect. • Influencer Coordination: Source influencers, manage outreach, track deliverables, and support creator partnerships end-to-end. • Own the Platforms: Manage daily posting, engagement, and reporting on TikTok and Instagram, with occasional support on X (Twitter) and YouTube. • Track Performance: Use analytics (especially YouTube Analytics and native platform insights) to understand what’s working and adjust strategy accordingly. • Stay on Trend: Keep an eye on social trends and find creative ways to make the brand part of the conversation. • See It Through: From idea to execution, make sure content projects are completed on time and on brand. • Engage Authentically: Interact with followers through comments and DMs, keeping the tone genuine, human, and aligned with the brand’s voice.

🎯 Requirements

• Content-Driven Mindset: You’re not just scheduling posts—you think strategically about content and how to make it perform. • Platform Fluency: You’re confident with TikTok and Instagram. Experience with X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube is a plus. • Influencer Experience: Previous exposure to influencer management or creator collaborations is a strong bonus. • Creative & Analytical: You enjoy the creative side of social but also care about results and insights. • Hands-On Experience: 2–3 years working in social media or content roles—agency or brand-side. • Organized & Proactive: You can juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow through independently. • Curious About Culture: You naturally keep up with what’s trending online and know how to adapt ideas to fit different audiences.
