• Transform raw footage into addictive shortform content that gets people to stop, watch, and engage • Edit with impact: Turn raw footage into engaging short-form content that drives attention and retention • Infuse creativity: Use memes, trending sounds, and dynamic editing to give each video personality and flair • Prioritize the hook: Craft strong openings and pacing that maximize watch time • Tailor for platforms: Optimize edits for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts • Collaborate with creators and team members; iterate based on feedback • Stay current with editing trends, formats, and viral styles

🎯 Requirements

• We’re only considering applicants who have short-form samples in the portfolio . • We’re obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts and know how to hook an audience in the first three seconds • Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools • Ability to structure clips with a hook, flow, and payoff—even in under 30 seconds • Comfortable working with quick turnarounds and feedback loops • Strong use of transitions, effects, subtitles, and audio to elevate content • Culturally fluent (internet culture, trends, memes)
