📋 Description

• Manage client relationships • Create, review, and issue accurate and timely monthly financial statements for 20-40 clients • Manage and train the preparer team to produce high-quality financials and maintain strong client margins • Communicate with clients via Slack and email, answer questions, and obtain information for month-end closes • Clean and set up new sets of books for newly signed clients • Own a portfolio of startup clients and improve operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting • Experience reviewing the work of others, such as bookkeepers or junior accountants • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously • Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with founders
