📋 Description

• Curate a deliberate and strategic curriculum for WM • Deliver training to new hires and new to firm employees • Partner with M&A leadership to create training outlines for teams • Create and implement multiple training delivery tracks to address the distinct needs of CS and Advisor new hires • Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to refine and evolve the training program • Establish educational infrastructure to understand learning requirements and drive awareness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a training or enablement role • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in learning management systems and training development platforms • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
