• Establish targets, developing sales strategies and maximising revenue across a variety of industrial sectors, including Paper, steel, food and beverage, personal care and water/wastewater etc. • Drive initiatives to penetrate new regions and sectors to increase the company’s penetration of relevant markets • Effectively manage pipeline activity, ensuring sales targets can be met, developing the sales team through skill and training • Track/report on KPIs such as sales performance and pipeline development • Continue to develop your industry, technical and sales expertise to be at your peak effectiveness
