📋 Description

• Lead team of independent contributors (ICs) to execute integrations for specific partners • Participate in Partner Marketplace discussions to understand pending integrations • Partner with product line peers to prioritize integrations • Play key role in developing and executing strategy to improve partner integration approach and capabilities • Communicate solutions to user problems with ICs and necessary teams • Responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges that drive business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience • Ability to provide guidance and direction to subordinates within parameters of MeridianLink policies • Ability to interpret financials within the scope of MeridianLink's impact and longevity • Ability to execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce • Ability to work on issues requiring the analysis of data, and relevant factors and resolve problems • Ability to develop and manage routine operational plans • Ability to interact with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction requires interpreting and explaining information to audiences familiar with the subject • Ability to gain the cooperation of others by conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects and programs
