📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects. • Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and support career development. • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Guide the development of scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures. • Ensure alignment with performance, reliability, and operational objectives. • Review and approve high-impact designs and proposals. • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align technical solutions with customer needs. • Facilitate communication between technical and commercial stakeholders. • Drive resolution of complex technical challenges across disciplines. • Support strategic business development efforts with technical leadership. • Oversee RFI/RFP responses and ensure high-quality technical documentation. • Represent IEM in key customer engagements and industry forums. • Champion digital transformation and integration of emerging technologies. • Evaluate new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance solution delivery. • Engage with vendors and industry partners to stay ahead of trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s preferred) • 8+ years in power system architecture, with 3+ years in leadership role • Deep knowledge of UL, IEEE standards, and industry best practices • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
